The property is located at the end of a small residential street. The house is heated with an air heat pump and has controlled ventilation.
On the ground floor is the living room with an adjoining open fitted kitchen. There are also 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, each for 2 people. On the ground floor there is also the beautiful heated winter garden which can be entered from the bedroom and living room. The bathroom with shower and a chamber complete the ground floor.
On the 1st floor is the third bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with a free-standing bath.
The large garden (over 1,000 square meters) invites you to relax in summer. There you can grill or use the fireplace. The tenant has to buy the wood for this.
There is a large terrace at the house.
Two cars can easily park in front of the house.
The house is cleaned every 14 days at the tenant's expense. (approx. EUR 120 per cleaning). The garden does not have to be taken care of, it is maintained by the landlord.
